50% of the normal rate will be charged if users check out between 12:00 noon and 8:00pm on the same day |

The maximum booking period is 12 days per 30-day period, except for July and August when the maximum period is 7 days |

Each Member may book up to 4 rooms per Membership account |

Written confirmation will be made within 2 working days |

A cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the room's rental will be applied to cancellation of any confirmed booking with less than 14 days' notice |

A cancellation charge equivalent to the room's rental will be applied to cancellation of any confirmed booking with less than 3 calendar days' notice |

A cancellation charge equivalent to the room's rental will be applied to cancellation of any confirmed booking for FESTIVE periods with less than 21 days' notice |
