| HONG KONG JOCKEY CLUB CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP SCHEMES |
| The Hong Kong Jockey Club Corporate Membership Schemes are a merit to multinational corporations and professional firms in extending quality private club facilities to their senior executives. |
| MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES |

A corporation holding a Jockey Club Corporate membership will be entitled to register a Corporate Nominee to enjoy the same privileges as those of the Club's individual Full Members in using clubhouses, horse racing, dining facilities and leisure facilities amenities. |
|
The corporation will also be able to pass on the privileges of membership from one nominee to another according to their own need; such as when posting in and out of Hong Kong occurs. |
|
There is no waiting period for the nominees to exercise their entitlement. |
|
The cost of admission will not be sunken in case the individual leaves Hong Kong. |
|
Signing Rights for Immediate Family: Members may apply for Membership cards for their spouses to enable them to use the Club’s facilities. Members may also apply for Membership cards for their unmarried children between the ages of 8 and 21. A non-refundable annual charge on child users will be debited to Members’ accounts in June each year. |

| DURATION OF NOMINEESHIP |
| Two types of Corporate membership Schemes are available: |
| Scheme A Membership: |
Under this type of membership, each nomineeship period lasts for a maximum of 36 months, after which the company needs to register a different Nominee. |
| Scheme B Membership: |
Under this type of membership, the company's Registered Nominee may retain the nomineeship until the company wishes to change its Nominee. |
