Apart from seasonal loges, 50% of the loges are for on-course bookings, and the remaining 50% are for telephone bookings. |

Using the Loges |
|
|
A prime location overlooking the winning
post, the loges and private booths give you a
real feel for the racing action. |
|
|
|
For Sha Tin race meeting, each Member
may reserve one whole loge, which contains
2 to 6 seats or one private booth, which
comprises 3 to 4 seats. The rental fee for
each loge and private booth seat is $10 and
$20 respectively. |

|
|
If reservations are made by telephone, you
or your representatives (on production of a
letter of authorisation) may collect the Loge
badges from the Loge reception counter. The letter should include:

reserved loge or private booth number |

the name of the representative |
| - |
membership number, Member's name and
signature |

Cancellations can be made by calling 1814
during office hours. A no-show / cancellation
charge equivalent to the rental fee will be
debited to your membership account should
you:

cancel your reservation after the cancellation
cut-off time |
| - |
fail to take up the reserved loge or private
booth by the start of third race |
| - |
subsequent to the cancellation of your
reservation, fail to return the Loge or Private
Booth badges to the Club on or before the
cancellation cut-off date |

|
Badges for Loge / Private Booth may be
collected at the reception counter. The badges
must be worn prominently at all times during
a race meeting. Members or guests without
valid Loge badges will not be allowed in the
loge area. Members with metal badges do not
have automatic access. A replacement charge
equivalent to the rental fee of a loge or private
booth seat will be levied for each replacement
of the Loge badge. |

If you do not collect your Loge badge or
occupied your loges after the start of the
third race, your loge or private booth will be
allocated to Members on the waiting list. |
|
|
|
Self-service counters with food and
refreshments are available in the loges area. |
