All the boxes at the racecourses are assigned an alpha-numeric address number. The address number is designed to facilitate Members and guests to locate a box via the shortest route.

Each box has an alpha-numeric address.
The alpha code identifies the lift lobbies.
The 3-digit code indicates the floor and the box location on the floor.
For example, the address for Members Box 4/F (Section 1-Paddock) in Grandstand I is B401:
B - Lift Lobby labelled "B"
4 - 4th Floor
01- Box number on that floor
To locate the Members Box 4/F (Section 1-Paddock) (B401), you and your guests simply enter via any entrance, locate lift lobby B, then take the lifts to the 4/F.

Sha Tin Clubhouse Car Park
Voting Members and Honorary Voting Members, by displaying their parking labels, may park at Sha Tin Clubhouse. Members who obtain valid Sha Tin Clubhouse raceday parking labels may access Sha Tin Clubhouse car park during Sha Tin race meetings. During cross-betting at Sha Tin Clubhouse, Members may access the car park area by displaying their Members' car park labels on a first come, first served basis and subject to space availability. Sha Tin Clubhouse Car Park

Voting Members and Honorary Voting Members, by displaying their parking labels, may park at Sha Tin Clubhouse.
Members who obtain valid Sha Tin Clubhouse raceday parking labels may access Sha Tin Clubhouse car park during Sha Tin race meetings.
During cross-betting at Sha Tin Clubhouse, Members may access the car park area by displaying their Members' car park labels on a first come, first served basis and subject to space availability.

Grandstand II Car Park
Owners, by displaying their parking labels, may park at Grandstand II car park during Sha Tin race meetings. Daily parking labels are available to Members, on a first come, first served basis, who reserve tables in the Paddock, Bauhinia and Pak Hop. Subject to availability, parking spaces are on a first come, first served basis. When the Grandstand II car park is full, holders of parking label will be advised to park at other car parks nearby. One label will be issued to a table for four or six, and two labels will be issued to a table for eight. Members who reserve half a table for four or six will not be issued any car park labels. For those who have successfully reserved a table at Members Boxes and obtained a car park label, an additional minimum catering charge of HK$100 will be applied to the table. The car park label will be issued to Members at the time when they make their on-course bookings. For telephone reservations, Members or their representatives may collect the parking labels from Members Services Centre, on G/F Jockey Club Headquarters or from the reception counter of Sha Tin Clubhouse. Please present your Membership Card or letter of authorisation at the above locations starting from the first telephone booking day as shown on the booking schedule. Members may also register the car license number when making table reservations, the car park label can be collected on the raceday outside Sha Tin Clubhouse 2 hours before the start of the first race to the start of the fifth race.

Grandstand II Car Park

Owners, by displaying their parking labels, may park at Grandstand II car park during Sha Tin race meetings. Daily parking labels are available to Members, on a first come, first served basis, who reserve tables in the Paddock, Bauhinia and Pak Hop.
Subject to availability, parking spaces are on a first come, first served basis. When the Grandstand II car park is full, holders of parking label will be advised to park at other car parks nearby.
One label will be issued to a table for four or six, and two labels will be issued to a table for eight. Members who reserve half a table for four or six will not be issued any car park labels.

Penfold Car Park
Members who wish to go to the races at Sha Tin Racecourse may purchase a label to park in Penfold Car Park. The parking label is at HK$60 (normal meeting) or HK$80 (specific race meeting) each and will be available two weeks before a race meeting on a first come, first served basis at Sha Tin Racecourse (Members Badge Office at Members Main Entrance and 3/F Members Turf, Grandstand I).

Free Coach Service to Sha Tin Racecourse

Members may use the coach service to and from the Jockey Club Headquarters and Sha Tin Racecourse. If you wish to reserve a seat, please call the Membership Hotline: 1814 / 1815 / 1816.
Members coach reservations can be made through the Membership Hotline up to 11:00am on the day of a normal day meeting and up to 4:00pm on the day of a normal night meeting.
The reservations of the Members coach are on a first come, first served basis.
Members and their guests may use the pick-up points on either Hong Kong or Kowloon side. The pick-up point on Hong Kong side is at the Jockey Club Headquarters, Happy Valley while the Kowloon side is at the Somerset Road, Kowloon Tong (corner of Kent Road).
The pick-up point for the return coach is at around 30 metres left of the Members Main Entrance.

The coach will stop at Kowloon Tong and finally back to the Jockey Club Headquarters at Happy Valley.

Cancellations
- To cancel the coach reservations, Members may call the Membership Hotline 1814 before 3:00pm, two days prior to the race meeting.
- To ensure the most efficient use of resources, a cancellation / no-show charge of HK$30 per single trip per seat will be debited to your membership account should you cancel your reservation after the cancellation cut-off time or fail to take up the reserved coach seats.
