I confirm that I am required to download the installation file (.apk) of the app only because Google Play Store is not available on my Android device. I acknowledge and accept that the installation file (.apk) of the app is only intended for my use as a Member of The Hong Kong Jockey Club and I shall not distribute the installation file (.apk) of the app to anyone.
I agree to undertake that, upon downloading the installation file (.apk) of the app, I shall not:
I shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by the above events to The Hong Kong Jockey Club, myself or any users of the app. By installing the installation file (.apk) of the app, I agree that I shall be responsible for updating the app manually from time to time and The Hong Kong Jockey Club shall not be responsible for any loss or damage I may suffer in connection with any failure to update the app.
In case of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
