Number of Seats Reserved per Owner / Member
- A Fun Day will be held at the Jockey Club Box* during every day race meeting in Sha Tin. Owners and their children are welcome to share the fun at the races and at the same time savour our special buffet menu at the Jockey Club Box.
- For Owners come with kids, names of children must be registered at time of booking.
- Booking priority will be given to Owners’ with kids first.
*During the sponsored race meetings, the Jockey Club Box will not be available. Owners’ Fun Day will be held at the
Centurion Restaurant, 5/F, Sha Tin Clubhouse.

Booking Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, please call 1815 during office hours.
Guest Badges
- Guest Badges are available 10 days prior to the race meeting at the Members Services Centre, G/F of the Jockey Club Headquarters, Happy Valley. You or your representative is required to produce your membership card or letter of authorisation.
- A Children’s badge will be provided for each pre-registered guest aged under 18 upon admission at Sha Tin Clubhouse registration counter. The Children’s badge is required to be worn in the racecourse at all times.
Box Stickers
- You are required to sign in at the reception counter of the box to obtain box stickers. The stickers are to be worn by you and your guests prominently throughout the race meeting at the box.
