Dining Room Members Stand II THE RACING CLUB HAPPY VALLEY RACECOURSE 7/F - 8/F • For enquiries, please call: 2966 8232 (10:00 am to 10:00 pm) • For Priority Card holders of Racing Club Members and Racing Club Concession Scheme Users, you can make reservations through 2966 8232 within four to five weeks prior to the race meeting CANCELLATIONS • Cancellations will be accepted by calling the Reservation Hotline at least five days (before 3:00 pm) prior to the race meeting, or at least one week (before 3:00 pm) prior to the specific race meeting. Members also need to return the day use car park label after the cancellation. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation charge or no-show charge equivalent to the minimum catering charge per table. Private room booking fee will also be applied for late cancellation or no-show. CHILD POLICY • No person under the age of 18 will be admitted PARKING ARRANGEMENT • Car park labels at Infield of Happy Valley Racecourse will be issued for Members with table reservations. Table reservations for seven persons or less will have one car park label issued while table reservations for eight persons or more will have two car park labels issued. • Car park labels will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis CUISINE Semi-buffet with Chinese Specialties OPENING HOURS Happy Valley Racedays • Day Race Meetings : 11:00 am to 6:00 pm* • Night Race Meetings: 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm* *Two hours prior to the first race until the end of the last race NO. OF TABLES EACH MEMBER CAN RESERVE/MINIMUM CATERING CHARGE • The Racing Club Members may reserve a maximum of twelve persons at the same venue during a normal race meeting* • The Racing Club Members may reserve a maximum of eight persons at the same venue during all specific race meetings* • A minimum catering charge per table will be applied *Subject to the maximum number of persons that can be accommodated at each venue ENQUIRIES AND RESERVATIONS • Reservations open up to one month prior to the race meeting • Please make reservations through www.racingclub.hkjc.com D2
