G1.1 - G1.7 • A charge will be debited to your Membership account if you fail to cancel your reservation before the cut-off time or fail to take up the table by the start of the third race. At the same time, the table will be released to other Members. • Cancellation after cut-off time/No Show: - Normal Race Meetings: $100 per person for late cancellation or $200 per person if fail to take up a reserved table by the start of the third race - Major Race Meetings: A charge equivalent to the minimum catering charge for late cancellation or fail to take up a reserved table by the start of the third race POINT S TO OBSERVE • Apart from seasonal tables, 50% of the tables are for on-course bookings and the remaining 50% are for telephone and Members' Mobile App bookings • The table must be shared with other Members if the number of seats reserved is half or less than half of the table's seating capacity • The minimum catering charge is subject to change CUISINE Set Menu NO.
