At this dinner, Members will savour seven of its iconic wines, paired with a six-course menu created by Chef de Cuisine Patrick Lam and introduced by Ewan Proctor, Penfold’s ambassador for Greater China. Members will also be able to purchase take-away wines at a special price during this event.
