ANTINORI WINE DINNER
A Noble Heritage

For over 600 years, the Antinori family has been making wine in and around Florence. Today, 26 generations later, the family still owns eight estates and six Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita (DOCG) in Tuscany and Umbria, making them a leader in Italian wines, especially the “Super Tuscans” so popular today.

In 1924, Antinori blended varietals with its Chianti, creating wines of great character but shocking the Italian wine world. In 1971, Antinori launched Tignanello, one of the first “Super Tuscans”, a barrique-aged blend that contained Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

Elia Atzori, representative of Antinori, will introduce seven wines at this dinner, from different estates or DOCGs, beginning with the refreshing Marchese Antinori Cuvée Royale Tenuta Montenisa NV and followed by Castello Della Sala Estate Cervaro Della Sala IGT 2015, Badia a Passignano Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG 2012, Antinori Pian delle Vigne Figna Ferrovia Riserva Brunello di Montalcino 2009, Tignanello 2009, Tignanello 2014 and the Solaia 2009 both in magnum format.

This collection of amazing wines will be matched with a menu prepared by Chief Cook Chan Lap-sun. The event is sure to fill quickly, please make your reservation soon.
