PENFOLDS WINE DINNER
An Evening of Australian Wine History

Established in 1844, Penfolds has played a pivotal role in the evolution of winemaking in Australia. A spirit of innovation and the pursuit of quality define Penfolds wines, seen in an unbroken line of superb vintages of what is now Australia’s most iconic wine.

At this wine dinner in Moon Koon Restaurant, seven of these wines will be introduced by award-winning wine industry professional, Ewan Proctor. Proctor, Penfolds’ Ambassador for the Greater China region, will share the rich heritage of Penfolds with Members who are wine enthusiasts.

The wines that will be paired with a six-course menu created by Chef de Cuisine Patrick Lam include the 2016 Koonunga Hill Seventy-six Autumn Riesling, 2015 Bin 311 Chardonnay, 2014 Bin 23 Pinot Noir, 2013 St Henri Shiraz, 2009 Magill Estate Shiraz, 2010 Grange and Grandfather Port 20 years. Please be sure to reserve your seat at what is sure to be a popular event.

On the day, Members and all guests will receive a souvenir "Grandfather Port Pipe". Members will also be able to purchase Penfolds wines for takeaway at a 10% discount and receive a special gift* with purchases of HK$1,500 (after discount) and over.
