PERRIER-JOUËT CHAMPAGNE DINNER
A Taste of the Belle Époque

Exceptional champagnes from the house of Perrier-Jouët will mark The Racing Club’s 10th Anniversary at a special wine dinner featuring Brand Ambassador Isabelle Piffard and a five-course menu created by Chef de Cuisine Chan Sze-ling.

Perrier-Jouët is known worldwide for the quality of its wines and their elegant, floral notes, the expression of which is seen especially in the house’s cuvée de Prestige, Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque, three of which – the Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs 2002; Belle Époque 2007, the house’s most iconic masterpiece; and Belle Époque Rosé 2006 – will be served at the dinner. Such is the prestige of the Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs, that it is sold as customised cuvées under the “For and By” name. Members will also be the first wine lovers in Hong Kong to sample Perrier-Jouët Non-Vintage Blanc de Blancs.

Perrier-Jouët has had only seven cellar masters in its 206-year history. Its iconic Art Nouveau anemone motif was created by Émile Gallé, and artists have long been associated with the house.

A selection of wines for take-away purchase will be available during this event only. Early reservations will be a must for this prestigious event.
