The Macallan from Speyside, will
feature at a tasting dinner at the
Horseshoe Grill. Members will
have an opportunity to sample
expressions of The Macallan style
with a special pairing menu created
by Chef Ellis Lau.
Spirit-tasting professional
Ron Taylor will introduce each
of the whiskies and their subtle
differences, including the fruity
sweetness of The Macallan 12 Years
Old-Fine Oak and the butterscotch
and vanilla oak of The Macallan
12 Years Old Double Cask.The
Macallan 18 Years Old-Fine Oak
exhibits a memorable citrus
spiciness with notes of jasmine.
The richly complex The
Macallan Rare Cask is a superb
mahogany-red whisky which
requires leisurely contemplation
of what will undoubtedly be a
memorable evening.
