The Viberti Giovanni Wine Dinner will introduce Members to wines from one of Barolo’s finest producers. In the early 1900s, Antonio Viberti bought an inn and an adjoining vineyard in Barolo. The family’s wines were - and still are - served at the Al Buon Padre inn. By the 1990s, the family’s wines were being exported to the US.

Claudio Viberti, third generation winemaker, will present his family’s wines at the five-course wine dinner. The reception and first course will feature Pietro Cassina “Nivis” Coste della Sesia Bianco DOC 2014, followed by Viberti Giovanni’s Barbera d’Alba Superiore Bricco Airoli DOCG 2011, “Buon Padre” Barolo DOCG 2011, Barolo Riserva “La Volta” DOCG 2007, Barolo Riserva San Pietro DOCG 2007, Barolo Riserva Bricco Delle Viole DOCG 2007 and the Borgo Maragaliano Piemonte Brachetto DOC NV.
