Launch of Members’ Mobile App (issued Friday, 18 December)

We are delighted to inform Members the Members Mobile App is now officially launched and is available in the app stores for download as of today.

Full Members, Corporate Nominees and their spouse supplementary cardholders will be receiving their PIN letters which also include all the relevant information on registration and use of the App functions.

This App is designed for improving the overall Member experience based on customer journey engagement. As a summary, this first release provides features such as:

  • dining reservations with instant confirmation,
  • real-time parking space availability at Clubhouses,
  • charging status checking of electric vehicles (parked at Happy Valley New Clubhouse),
  • instant checking and management of smart cards and wristbands,
  • enquiry and feedback submission.

In the coming year, Members can expect to see more features introduced at different phases.

To provide additional service to Members during this launch, we will be introducing a dedicated Hotline – 3690 3680 for the purpose of registration and usage assistance. The operating hours of this special line will be from 9am to 8pm, Mon-Sun.
