Enhancements to the Members’ Mobile App (issued Wednesday, 10 March)
We are pleased to inform Members that further enhancements will be made to the Members’ Mobile App in the version to be released on 30 March. This upcoming version will incorporate two new features - eCoupon and Health Declaration. In parallel, the registration process will be improved as Members will be able to complete the App Login registration with a One-Time-Password (OTP) via SMS sent to your primary mobile phone number registered with the Club. This process will replace the use of an enrolment PIN sent via letter.
Members who received the enrolment PIN in December 2020 may continue to use them for registration until 29 March if they wish to do so. The PIN will expire thereafter as it would no longer be necessary for its use once the new App version is launched on the aforesaid date.
