Update Your Communication Preferences & Contact Details to Enjoy New Technology-Enabled Member Services
A range of new services and technology enhancements will be introduced in the coming months, including SMS and email confirmation for outlet bookings, dining e-receipts and more. To allow for more timely communications with Members and to be friendly to our environment, digital channels (including email and our website) will increasingly be used as the preferred means of communication. Receiving information from the Club via email and our website is timely and in general five to seven days faster than direct mail. Please therefore take this opportunity to update contact details and communication preferences for you and your spouse, and switch to receiving information from us via digital channels by simply NOT opting out of email, which is pre-set as the preferred communications channel.
