Launch of Electronic Health Declaration Form (issued 17 Jul)

We are pleased to announce that an e-Declaration Form will be launched on Monday, 20 July. Members may submit the Health Declaration Form online via prior to visits to the Clubhouses and Racecourse non-raceday restaurants. Members may screen capture the confirmation page after submission or provide a mobile number during form filling; after which, an SMS confirmation will be sent to the same mobile after submission. Upon arrival, Members may choose to show the screen capture of the submitted form or the SMS confirmation as proof of having completed the Health Declaration Form.

As a gentle reminder, ALL visitors (including Members, family Members and guests) are required to complete and submit individual Health Declaration Form per visit per location. Members are encouraged to use the environmental friendly and convenient e-Declaration Form. Members may share the link to the family members and guests for completion prior to their visits.

Other vigilance measures implemented previously such as temperature screening and wearing of face masks (except when dining), maintaining space of at least 1.5 meters in between tables in dining and banqueting facilities are still in place. Members may be assured that all our facilities will continue to observe the stringent standards and high frequencies of cleaning and sanitation as mandated.
