Revised Restaurant Table Cancellation Notice (issued Tuesday, 12 October)

We would like to thank Members for their strong patronage of the Club’s restaurants which have seen overwhelming demand in the past few months.

Kindly note there will be a change to the cancellation notice period to ensure that tables can be released to Members on the wait list on a more timely basis. Members are required to notify restaurants of their cancellations 24 hours in advance of the reserved time instead of the current 1 hour prior. This change will take effect on 15 October and is applicable to all restaurants at the *Clubhouses which accept reservations and Happy Valley Racecourse’s non-raceday restaurants. There will be a grace period of 1 month extended to reservations made prior to this date.
