Temporary Road Block at Private Road of Happy Valley Old Clubhouse (issued Tuesday, 12 July)

To facilitate timber roof remedial works at the 4/F of the Happy Valley Old Clubhouse, there will be a crane parked at the private road (leading up from Hawthorn Road to the Old Clubhouse Car Park) to facilitate the current phase of the strengthening works. (click to see map attached)

As such, we regret to inform Members that the road in the aforesaid area leading to the Clubhouse will not be accessible during Tuesday & Wednesday, 19 & 20 July : 8:00am – 7:00pm.

Members and guests who are driving or taking a taxi may make use of Shan Kwong Road to access both the Old, New Clubhouses and their respective Car Parks during the aforesaid period. Traffic control will be deployed outside the Old Clubhouse entrance and at the bottom of the private road to guide vehicles.
