Preliminary Positive Cases in Clubhouses (issued Wednesday, 24 August)
We have received reports from three Members and a guest that their COVID-19 tests done on Wednesday, 24 August and Tuesday, 23 August respectively, had returned positive.
The Member case in Happy Valley New Clubhouse
The Member concerned recently visited The Rock from 11:32am – 12:29noon on Saturday, 20 August, the Male Changing Room and the Valley Pool from 9:14am – 10:24am and The Rock from 12:40noon – 1:46pm on Sunday, 21 August. He takes Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) on daily basis and only returned positive in his Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) done on 23 August.
The guest case in Happy Valley Old Clubhouse
The guest concerned recently visited the Hilltop Paddock from 6pm – 7:15pm on Sunday, 21 August. He conducted Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) on 23 August with positive result.
The Member case in Happy Valley Old Clubhouse and Beas River Country Club
The Member concerned recently participated the 4-Days Pony Experience Camp (Advanced) in Beas River Country Club on Tuesday, 23 August. Details are as follows:
He conducted Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) on 23 and 24 August and only returned positive on 24 August.
The Member case in Sha Tin Clubhouse
The Member concerned recently visited The Ladies’ Purse from 11:21am – 1:59pm on Tuesday, 23 August. He takes Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) on daily basis and only returned positive in his Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) done on 24 August.
While deep cleansing to the affected venues has been carried out, we advise Members who visited the Male Changing Room, the Valley Pool, The Rock in Happy Valley New Clubhouse, the Hilltop Paddock in Happy Valley Old Clubhouse, The Ladies’ Purse in Sha Tin Clubhouse, the Horseshoe Grill, the Male Changing Room, the Swimming Pool, The Old Clubhouse Restaurant and Bar, the Indoor Children’s Playroom in Beas River Country Club and Beas River Equestrian Centre on the aforesaid dates to go for testing if they are concerned about their health.
