Online Communication Enhancement

As part of the Club‘s commitment to support sustainability, digital communications with Owners will soon be launched as the primary communication and this can further improve our quality of service and to provide Owners with more speedy service and convenience.

Starting from 1st January 2022, the Club will provide Owners the latest information via emails and the Horse Owners Portal at www.hkjc.com. To ensure timely communication, kindly update the email address and communication preferences for both yourself and your spouse.

Please complete and return the “Update of Contact Information and Communications Preferences” form to Membership Service Department on or before 10th December 2021 if you:

  • Have not registered any email address with the Club (update Part C in the form only)
  • Have opted out to receive Club information by email (update Part E in the form only)


No reply is required if you agree to use your current email address as the main communication channel to receive information from the Club starting from 1st January 2022.

Kindly note that, Owners will still be notified via SMS, about horse related information and table booking reservations, for example horses entries, declarations, and table confirmation. Should you have any questions, please let us know by calling Owners Engagement team at 3507 7758.
