Meanwhile, at Sha Tin Clubhouse, Executive Chef (Chinese) Henry Yeung and Executive Sous Chef (Western) Kenny Tsang have curated a delightful takeaway menu comprising signature dishes from The Ladies’ Purse and Oi Suen, including simmered fresh chicken with spiced soy sauce (新鮮龍崗豉油雞), baked pork chop rice (焗豬扒飯) and Hainanese chicken rice (海南雞飯).
