The Club reserves the sole and all right to make decisions relating to the activity, and may cancel, postpone or modify any content of the activity (including but not limited venue, date or time, performance or other activities, entry requirements, gift, discount or other offerings) or amend the relevant terms and conditions, at any time without notice, and without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
In the event that a Typhoon signal number 8 or higher or a Black Rainstorm warning is hoisted by The Hong Kong Observatory on the day of the activity, or when such signal or warning was issued less than six hours prior to the commencement time of the activity, the activity may be cancelled without notice or compensation. The activity may also be suspended or cancelled at any time without notice or compensation due to adverse weather condition or safety concerns.
Participants must comply with the rules and conditions for using the relevant facilities, as well as follow the instructions of staff onsite. Participants must take care of and be responsible for their own personal belongings and safety, and shall be responsible for the safety of any accompanying juvenile. To the maximum extent permitted by laws of Hong Kong, the Club will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, nor for any injuries or deaths sustained by entrants. Participating in the activity may involve health, injury and other risks. Participants shall ensure that they are in a suitable health condition to participate in the activity. The Club reserves the right to refuse any participant from participating in the activity.
Event entry priority operates on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please take care of your personal belongings during the event; The Club is not responsible for any personal loss.
Please switch off or set your mobile phone to silent mode.
The Club may take pictures and videos during the activity. Such pictures and video may be published by the Club for promotional and/or record purpose. Participants may be identified in such photos and videos. In case of any objection, please notify the Club in writing.
The Club will not be held responsible for any loss, illness, accident, harm, or fatality arising from the activity.
The Club reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
