You are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions by submitting a registration. All registrations must be received through this e-form on or before 5 August 2025.
Registration for and participation in the activity are subject to the relevant Membership privileges of the Membership type of the Member and the Bye-Laws and rules of The Hong Kong Jockey Club (the "Club"). The principal cardholder and his/her supplementary cardholders (aged 18 or above) are eligible to register for the activity. Any participant under the age of 18 shall be accompanied by an adult who shall also hold a ticket.
The registration is non-transferable and can only be used once by the Member whose registered for it. All confirmed registrations are non-refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
The Club reserves the sole and all right to make decisions relating to the activity, and may cancel, postpone or modify any content of the activity (including but not limited venue, date or time, performance or other activities, entry requirements, gift, discount or other offerings) or amend the relevant terms and conditions, at any time without notice, and without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
In the event that a Typhoon signal number 8 or higher or a Black Rainstorm warning is hoisted by The Hong Kong Observatory on the day of the activity, or when such signal or warning was issued less than six hours prior to the commencement time of the activity, the activity may be cancelled without notice or compensation. The activity may also be suspended or cancelled at any time without notice or compensation due to adverse weather condition or safety concerns.
Participants must comply with the rules and conditions for using the relevant facilities, as well as follow the instructions of staff onsite. Participants must take care of and be responsible for their own personal belongings and safety, and shall be responsible for the safety of any accompanying juvenile. To the maximum extent permitted by laws of Hong Kong, the Club will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, nor for any injuries or deaths sustained by entrants. Participating in the activity may involve health, injury and other risks. Participants shall ensure that they are in a suitable health condition to participate in the activity. The Club reserves the right to refuse any participant from participating in the activity.
Event entry priority operates on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please take care of your personal belongings during the event; The Club is not responsible for any personal loss.
Please switch off or set your mobile phone to silent mode.
Please follow all reasonable instruction of staff onsite. Please refrain from cause any disturbance or excessive noise. The Club reserves the right to remove any participant from the activity without compensation.
The Club may take pictures and videos during the activity. Such pictures and video may be published by the Club for promotional and/or record purpose. Participants may be identified in such photos and videos.
Each participant is deemed to have read and accepted the Club’s Privacy Policy Statement (available at https://www.hkjc.com/home/english/corporate/corp_privacy.aspx).
The Club will not be held responsible for any loss, illness, accident, harm, or fatality arising from the activity.
Entry time and record are recorded by the computer system of the Club and/or its service provider, and the record of the Club and/or its service provider shall be final and conclusive. Any entry that is made after the deadline of registration will not be accepted. Proof of dispatch cannot be accepted as proof of submission of any registration. Neither the Club nor its service provider accepts any liability or responsibility for any loss, damage, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside of its control, or any other loss howsoever caused.
The Club reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
