Terms & Conditions :

  1. All registrations must be received by The Rock reception 7 days prior to the date of the workshop.
  2. I wish to enroll myself or a family member for the coffee workshop.
  3. I agree that the course fee will be debited from my Club account.
  4. I agree that unless a written cancellation notice on my behalf is received by The Rock no later than 7 days prior to the workshop, the course fee will be charged to my Club account.
  5. Any enrollments made and confirmed by The Rock less than 7 days prior to the workshop date, under special circumstances, will not be eligible for cancellation refunds.
  6. No refund for absences. Charges will only be refunded for absences due to sickness or injury when a copy of the doctor’s certificate is provided to The Rock within 7 days after the absence.
  7. No workshops will be held if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Red or Black Rain Storm Warning is issued. Fees will be refunded for the respective cancelled sessions. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  8. Members must ensure that domestic helpers or drivers unaccompanied by adult members stay in the designated waiting area, unless they are dropping off or picking up children for workshops organized by The Rock. Helpers/drivers are not permitted in seating areas or facilities designated for members.
  9. Please arrive at The Rock at least 10 minutes before the workshop starts; punctuality is appreciated as the class will begin on time.
  10. The coffee workshop operates on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  11. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not allowed for both children and adult participants. An apron must be worn at all times during the workshop.
  12. Please take care of your personal belongings during the workshop; The Rock is not responsible for any personal loss.
  13. Please switch off or set your mobile phone to silent mode.
  14. Without permission from The Rock, audio recording, photography, and video recording are prohibited during the workshop.
  15. The Rock will not be held responsible for any loss, illness, accident, harm, or fatality arising from the workshop.
  16. The Rock reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
