If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions or other safety hazards that may arise, the Club will notify the registered Owners about the arrangement in advance as early as possible.
Please note the cancellation or re-arrangement of the event is at the absolute discretion of the Club. Unless publicly stated otherwise, the event will not be assumed cancelled. A no-show fee will be charged to anyone who fails to take up the booking.
