CHEF YEUNG'S PRIVATE KITCHEN DINNER MENU PAIRING WITH HOUGHTON WESTERN AUSTRALIAN WINE

Chef Yeung has created a lavish six-course menu, including steamed spotted garoupa rolls with scallop and crispy ganoderma mushrooms coated with salted egg yolk. All are paired with a selection of wines from Australia.
