Types of Chalets
Standard Chalet, Beas River Suite, Conference Suite, and Starlit Camp
Beas River Country Club boasts 26 comfortable chalets, providing the perfect retreat for city slickers. All the chalets have their own balconies facing a secluded lawn, and all the rooms are twin-bedded with en suite bathroom facilities. Amenities including Wi-Fi service, TV, docking station for iPod / iPhone with radio and alarm clock, DVD player, telephone, mini-bar refrigerator, and safety box make the stay a relaxing one.
The Beas River Suite comprises of a living room, a bedroom, an en suite bathroom, and a separate shower room. The spacious living room is equipped with a 32" Full HD LCD colour television, writing desk, mini-bar, fax machine, Wi-Fi service and an electronic massage chair.
The Conference Suite has the capacity to host conferences for a small group of up to 16 people. All standard conference and presentation equipment, including video projector with screen and wireless broadband internet access make this suite ideal for corporate retreats or conferences.
The Starlit Camp is great for children and families to experience a magical touch of Beas River. With "twinkling stars" lighting on the ceiling, tents and nature-themed furniture, it is perfect for children gatherings.

- Guest charges apply
- Accompanied guests are welcome except Saturdays in July and August, and long holidays (New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter and Christmas)
Reservation Guidelines
- Reservations are accepted up to 3 months in advance on a first come, first served basis
- 50% of the normal rate will be charged if users check out between 12:00noon and 8:00pm on the same day
- The maximum booking period is 12 days per 30-day period, except for July and August when the maximum period is 7 days
- Each Member may book up to 4 rooms per Membership account
- Written confirmation will be made within 2 working days
- A cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the room's rental will be applied to cancellation of any confirmed booking with less than 14 days' notice
- A cancellation charge equivalent to the room's rental will be applied to cancellation of any confirmed booking with less than 3 calendar days' notice
- A cancellation charge equivalent to the room's rental will be applied to cancellation of any confirmed booking for FESTIVE periods with less than 21 days' notice
- Reservations are not transferable
- Persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult (Member) in order to use a chalet
- The names of all occupants must be included in the chalet's confirmation letter
- Dog kennels are available on a first come, first served basis (no dogs in room)
- The Club reserves the right to assign rooms to Members
