Service Arrangements During Adverse Weather
In the event of adverse weather conditions, including Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, “Extreme Conditions” or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, the Club will implement the following operating arrangements:

Clubhouse facilities & Happy Valley Racecourse non-raceday restaurants
The Club will cease admitting new patrons one hour before the relevant signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. All dining reservations, recreational programmes and scheduled functions or events will be cancelled. The Clubhouses and Happy Valley Racecourse non-raceday restaurants will close temporarily once all Members and guests have departed. Beas River Country Club Chalet
BRCC Chalet team will inform Members when the relevant signal is hoisted. Members may then either depart safely or remain indoors within the Chalets for their safety. |

All Clubhouse facilities, Happy Valley Racecourse non-raceday restaurants, the Jockey Club Headquarters Car Park and Members Services Centre will remain closed for the rest of the day.

As weather conditions may change rapidly, Members are encouraged to approach the Concierge or the relevant outlet at the Clubhouses for the latest operating arrangements or any assistance required.
