    • Take proper care of the plants and the Club equipment

    • Flying of drones or other electronic devices
    • Playing ball games and tag games
    • Using skateboards, roller blades, electric scooters or other wheeled electric equipment
    • Using unmanned aircraft systems for aerial photography or video recording
    • Fishing in any of the ponds (except Club-organised activities)
    • Smoking (including electronic cigarettes)
    • Bringing any food and drinks not provided by the Club
    • Using personal electronic equipment such as mobile phones, music devices or speakers to play sound without headphones

    Dogs

    • Dogs are only allowed during private events; no other pets are allowed in the lawn area
    • Unless otherwise permitted by the Club, only Principal Cardholders or Spouse Supplementary Cardholders (“Dog Owners”) may bring their pet dogs to the Members' Garden. A maximum of 2 dogs per Membership account is permitted at any one time. If the Club permits any Member's guest to bring their pet dogs, the host Member shall be responsible for the conduct of the guest and the relevant pet dogs, and shall ensure that the guest will comply with these House Rules and other rules and policies of the Club in relation to visits by pet dogs.
    • Dogs are only allowed within the lawn during designated event/function period. Dog Owners must be present with their dogs at all times. A maximum of 20 dogs are allowed in the lawn area per event at any one time. The Club may reduce this number where necessary for safety, comfort or operational reasons.
    • No "fighting dogs" and "known dangerous dogs" as classified under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap. 167D), or dogs taller than 70 cm (measured from the shoulder), are allowed. Please also do not bring any dog that is known to have behavioural issues.
    • All dogs must be licensed and fully vaccinated, and at all times leashed (not exceeding 1.5m) to the appropriate hooks or placed in a fully enclosed pet carrier. Club organised activities are subject to event specific terms and conditions.
    • Dogs taller than 50cm must wear a muzzle at all times unless they are eating or drinking.
    • Dogs must not be positioned, seated or tied in any location that obstructs or is adjacent to entrances, exits, main walkways or other high pedestrian traffic areas. Club staff may require Members to reposition their dogs.
    • Dog Owners shall ensure at all times that their dogs are under proper control and do not cause nuisance, disturbance or danger to other patron or dogs, including excessive noise. Exercising dogs on the premises is prohibited.
    • Dog Owners shall keep the premises clean at all times and shall immediately clean up any faeces or urine the dogs have deposited. Members shall provide their own sealed bags, containers and/or tools for proper waste disposal.
    • Dogs must not be placed on tables or chairs and are prohibited from eating or drinking from the tables, dishes or glasses provided by the Club. Members shall bring their own food and water bowls for their dogs. Dog food utensils must not be cleaned using facilities intended for human food or utensils.
    • Dog owners must immediately notify Club staff if their dog bites or injures any person.
    • By bringing a dog onto the Club’s premises, each Dog Owner accepts full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage caused by their dog to any person, animal or property and shall indemnify the Club against any claim arising from such injury, loss or damage, to the fullest extent permitted by law, except where caused by the negligence of the Club or its staff.
    • If any Dog Owner are found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions or if the Club in its sole discretion determines that presence or behaviour of a dog is a threat to and/or a disturbance to others, the Club shall have the right to deny entry to or request Dog Owner and their dog(s) to leave immediately.
