The new JC Dollars Programme offers exclusive cash rewards to Members. Members can earn JC Dollars at designated Club outlets when using the HKJC Membership Mastercard. This is on top of the current Hang Seng Credit Card Cash Dollars ("Cash Dollars") earned, which means double rewards!

JC Dollars is a year round programme.
For every HK$250 spent with the HKJC Membership Mastercard at designated Club outlets. Members can earn $1 JC Dollar plus $1 Cash Dollar.
Like Cash Dollars, accumulated JC Dollars on the HKJC Membership Mastercard account can be used as cash for transactions at designated Club outlets.Both the cumulative JC Dollars and Cash Dollars can be used as cash together in the same transaction at designated Club outlets, JC Dollars will be deducted first, and Cash Dollars will be deducted once all JC Dollars have been used up.
If Members have both JC Dollars and Cash Dollars in their account, JC Dollars will be deducted first, followed by Cash Dollars until the spending amount is fully settled. If the sum of the cumulative JC Dollars and Cash Dollars is not sufficient to settle the bill, the remaining amount will be charged to the HKJC Membership Mastercard. Members cannot select to use JC Dollars or Cash Dollars only and cannot designate a specific deduction amount or deduction sequence of JC Dollars or Cash Dollars.
Example: Assume the Member has a balance of $300 JC Dollars & Cash Dollars respectively in his Membership Card account:

No. Members can earn JC Dollars for every single net transaction of HK$250 or above, the transaction below HK$250 will not be taken into account.
Not all participating outlets of Cash Dollars can use JC Dollars. Please note Six Furlong, The Ladies' Purse and The Racing Club is the participating outlets for using Cash Dollars only.
Members can enquire about their JC Dollars or Cash Dollars balance by:
1. Logon to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (Enter "Account Overview" > Select the credit card account > Click "Credit Card Rewards Balance")
2. Enquire through swiping card on POS terminals at designated Club outlets
3. Enquire through swiping card on POS terminals at designated Club outlets
4. Refer to the sales slips issued by designated Club outlets after JC Dollars and Cash Dollars redemption

JC Dollars will be credited to the Member's Mastercard account within six to eight weeks after the transaction. Cash Dollars earned will be credited to the account within one to two working days after the transaction.
The validity of JC Dollars and Cash Dollars is up to 15 months.
