We are pleased to inform Members that further to the latest government announcement, some of our Clubhouse facilities was reopened and dine-in restrictions was relaxed as of Thursday, 18 February with the implementation of additional anti-epidemic measures.
- In compliance with the Government’s regulations, all Members and guests visiting the Members’ facilities in the Clubhouses and Racecourses are required to leave their personal details by filling in the prescribed health declaration forms. The revised e-Declaration Form can be found at https://cc.hkjc.com/ClubhouseForm. Kindly note that the host Members must tap their membership cards upon entry and all guests (whether Members or non-Members) must complete the Health Declaration Form on site upon arrival in line with the government’s requirement of recording the time of entry into the premises.
- Members and guests are also encouraged to use the Leave Home Safe app and scan the QR codes posted at the entrances of our premises to record their visits. Details of the app can be found here.
- Members may invite guests who are non-family Members or non-Members to the facilities. Members or their guests should not use any Club facilities if they live in the same buildings as any confirmed cases as announced by the Government, are subject to any compulsory quarantine order, compulsory testing order or notices, or have been in contact with confirmed or preliminary positive COVID-19 cases.
- Seating at all dining outlets will be increased to a maximum of 4 persons per table
- For Banqueting events, only a maximum number of 20 persons is permitted.
- At the indoor sports courts, only a maximum of 4 persons will be permitted at any one time. For group recreational programmes or classes, the maximum permissible is also 4 persons and the social distancing measure of 1.5M will be observed.
- Face masks must be worn at all times on all facilities except when dining, exercising or showering.
- All staff involved in the operation of the facilities indicated below will undergo COVID-19 tests every 14 days.
