Update on COVID-19 Vigilance Measures (Friday, 27 March)

Revised on Saturday, 28 March

In consideration of the Government's latest announcement pertaining measures to be taken by commercial dining and leisure establishments as well as the rapid increase in the number of local COVID-19 cases which reached a daily high today; the Club will further step up precautionary measures with effect from 6pm, Saturday,28 March as follows:

  • All Members and guests must put on face masks as a mandatory requirement when accessing all Club facilities (with the exception of Members' Garden at Beas River Country Club)
  • All dining outlets at the Clubhouses and Racecourse which are currently operational would restrict seating to a maximum of 4 persons per table
  • In addition, on weekends, Members may only bring family members and other Members as guests

We also encourage Members to order take-away if possible.

The above measures will be implemented until further notice. The Club will continue to closely monitor the evolving situation and adjust the measures as required.

Whilst these latest measures may cause inconvenience to Members and guests, please do understand that they have to be taken so as to enhance hygiene practices and further reduce social activities to mitigate the increasing threat of transmission. This unprecedented situation requires us to take extraordinary precautions. We hope our Members feel assured and comfortable when dining in our Club facilities. Your understanding and support would be much appreciated.
