Vaccine Pass and LeaveHomeSafe Requirements
- All Members and guests aged 12 or above must have received COVID-19 vaccine in accordance with the prevailing Vaccine Pass requirement and present their vaccination records (either the QR Code or in paper form) for scanning or inspection when entering the Clubhouses and each individual outlet/facility. Dosage requirement under the Vaccine Pass requirement can be found <here>.
- Vaccination record includes the following types of record, in paper or electronic form: (i) vaccination record issued under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme organised by the Government, (ii) declaration record of non-local COVID-19 vaccination record issued at border control points or designated post offices, and (iii) COVID-19 recovery record (from 1 July 2022, COVID-19 recovery records must contain a QR code), which include:
- text message, electronic record or paper certificate of positive PCR rest result issued by the Government or a recognised laboratory under the Laboratory Recognition Scheme of the Department of Health;
- text message or electronic record of a completed declaration of positive RAT test result on the “Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test” of the Department of Health;
- isolation order issued by the Department of Health;
- discharge letter issued by any public hospital or isolation facilities; and
- any other documents or electronic records issued by the Government or the Hospital Authority pertaining to the recovered person status of an individual (for persons infected or recovered outside Hong Kong, the relevant proof of infection or recovery should be the record issued or recognised by the relevant health authorities of the place concerned).
- Those aged 12 or above and unfit to receive vaccination due to medical reasons are required to produce a valid COVID-19 Medical Exemption Certificate in the form specified by the Government (please click <here> to see the template) with a QR code. Persons under age 12 unaccompanied by an adult or persons holding an overseas vaccination record without a QR Code must make a declaration using the specified form of the Government available by clicking <here>.
- All Members and guests must scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” (“LHS”) QR Code for that particular Clubhouse and outlet using the LHS mobile App, except that those who are aged 15 or below, aged 65 or above or disabled may fill out the form prescribed by the Government (click here for the form) to provide the required particulars. A person aged 15 or below who is unable to use the LHS mobile App does not need to fill out the prescribed form if his/her accompanying adult has used the LHS mobile App to scan the relevant LHS QR Code or has registered their particulars using the prescribed form. For persons exempted from the LHS requirement and required to register information using the specified form, if they are also unfit to receive a COVID-19 vaccine due to health reasons and have filled in the required Government prescribed declaration form, they do not need to fill in an additional form recording the required particulars satisfying the LHS requirements.
- The vaccination records and declaration forms submitted to the Club for the purposes of the Vaccine Pass and LHS requirements will be kept by the Club for at least 31 days pursuant to the Government’s requirement.
Other Requirements:
- All visitors must comply with the Conditions of Entry available at <here>.
- Maximum of 8 persons per table for dine-in at a catering outlet.
- No banquet of more than 120 persons is allowed.
- Bars are subject to a capacity limit of 75% and maximum of 4 persons per table.
- Each membership account may only book one table each time.
- Swimming Pool is subject to a capacity limit of 85%.
- Card Room and Entertainment Room are subject to capacity limit of 75%.
- Eating and drinking is not allowed while playing mahjong and card games.
- In Sports / Recreation facilities, no group gathering of more than 8 persons and other applicable group gathering restrictions under the Government’s social distancing measures.
- Face masks must be put on at all time within the Club premises, except when consuming food and beverages in catering premises, when exercising indoor and outdoor or when taking a shower.
