Comprehensive IT operation to strengthen system resilience (issued Monday, 16 August)

The Club will carry out a comprehensive IT operation commencing midnight tonight to strengthen the resilience of the IT system following the network equipment failure incident on 13 August 2021.

In addition to the impact on betting services, the Members Mobile App will not be accessible from 4:00 am to 11:00 am on Tuesday, 17 August.

We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to Members for the inconvenience caused and seek their understanding and support.
