Preliminary Positive Cases at Happy Valley Clubhouse and Sports Complex (issued Friday, 10 June)
We would like to inform Members that we have received separate reports today from two Members that their COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) done yesterday morning, Thursday, 9 June, have returned positive.
The first Member concerned recently visited the Happy Valley Clubhouse on Monday, 6 June, Tuesday, 7 June and Wednesday, 8 June. He visited the 2/F Male Changing Room and swam in the Valley Pool Lane 1 during the visits. He had also visited Six Furlong on 6 June. Details are as follows:

According to the Member, he performs Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) on a daily basis and only returned positive yesterday.
The second Member concerned last visited the Happy Valley Clubhouse Sports Complex on Monday, 6 June. Details are as follows:
The Member performed Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) on 7 June, 8 June and 9 June and only returned positive yesterday.
Members who were in close proximity with the two Members concerned from 6 June – 8 June will be contacted by our Clubhouse team. We advise Members who visited the Valley Pool, 2/F Male Changing Room, Six Furlong and Sports Complex on the aforesaid dates to go for testing if they are concerned about their health.
In view of the recent increasing trend of the number of confirmed cases in Hong Kong, Members are kindly reminded to refrain from visiting Club facilities if they experience common symptoms of COVID-19 or fall within one of the conditions stated in the Conditions of Entry which can be found <here>. We count on your understanding and cooperation to better protect the health and safety of all our Members and staff.
The deep cleansing to the facilities has been carried out. Clubhouse staff who had direct contact with the two Members from 6 June to 8 June will be arranged for the PCR test and self-isolation. They will not be arranged for duty until negative results are returned.
