Preliminary Positive Employee Case at Happy Valley New Clubhouse (issued Wednesday, 6 July)

We have received a report from an employee that her COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) done last evening on Tuesday, 5 July, had returned positive.

The employee concerned recently performed her duty on the 7/F of Happy Valley New Clubhouse from 2pm – 10:30pm on Saturday, 2 July and Monday, 4 July and from 2pm – 7:50pm on Tuesday, 5 July. Her duty was mainly in cleaning of the female washrooms of Trio and The Rock on this floor. She had limited interaction with Members and had her mask on at all times. She had taken Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) before reporting for duty on 2, 4 and 5 July with negative results.

The deep cleansing to the facilities has been carried out. We advise Members who used the female washrooms mentioned on the aforesaid dates to go for testing if they are concerned about their health.
