Preliminary Positive Cases at Sha Tin Clubhouse and Happy Valley Old Clubhouse (issued Tuesday, 26 July)

We have received reports from an employee and a Member that their COVID-19 tests done on Monday, 25 July and Tuesday, 26 July respectively, had returned positive.

The employee case in Sha Tin Clubhouse

The employee concerned was recently on duty in the G/F Reception Counter from 12:30pm – 10:36pm on Friday, 22 July, Saturday, 23 July and Sunday, 24 July. He had taken Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) before reporting for duty on 22, 23 and 24 July with negative results. His PCR test conducted on 25 July returned positive.

The Member case in Happy Valley Old Clubhouse

The Member concerned recently visited Six Furlong from 10:04am – 1:06pm and Hilltop Paddock from 6:36pm – 7:45pm on Sunday, 24 July. His Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) done on 26 July has returned positive.

The deep cleansing to the facilities has been carried out. We advise Members who visited the G/F Reception Counter in Sha Tin Clubhouse, Six Furlong and Hilltop Paddock in Happy Valley Old Clubhouse on the aforesaid dates to go for testing if they are concerned about their health.
