Preliminary Positive Employee Case and Temporary Closure of Oi Suen in Sha Tin Clubhouse (issued Saturday, 13 August)

We have received a report from an employee that his COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) done today, Saturday, 13 August, has returned positive. As a precautionary measure, Oi Suen in Sha Tin Clubhouse will cease operation from 6pm today, Saturday, 13 August to Sunday, 14 August (both dates inclusive). Members who have bookings in Oi Suen will be contacted for alternative arrangements.

The employee concerned works in the kitchen and was recently on duty in Oi Suen on Wednesday, 10 August and Thursday, 11 August. He had taken Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) before reporting for duty on 10 and 11 August with negative results.

While deep cleansing to the affected venues has been carried out, we advise Members who visited Oi Suen in Sha Tin Clubhouse on the aforesaid dates to go for testing if they are concerned about their health.
