New Access Arrangement and Direct Route on Racedays to Sha Tin Racecourse Grandstand Car Park (P3) and Open Space Car Park (P4) (issued Friday, 1 September)

While looking forward to welcoming Members back in the new racing season, we are pleased to inform Members on the updated raceday parking arrangement at Sha Tin Racecourse.

Transition to Electronic QR codes for Car Park Access

In our continuous effort to provide Members and their guests with a hassle-free and convenient parking solution, the current one-day paper parking labels will be replaced by electronic QR codes with effect from the race meeting on Sunday, 17 September.

To enter Grandstand Car Park (P3) and Open Space Car Park (P4), Members would need to present their electronic QR codes at the respective carparks’ entrance. The parking electronic QR codes will be sent to Members via email / SMS one day prior to the race meeting. 

Direct route to P3 and P4 Car Parks on Racedays

Members parking in Grandstand Car Park (P3) and Open Space Car Park (P4) during racedays are encouraged to use Exit 12C (signed as ‘Penfold Park’) from the Northbound carriageway of Tolo Highway when driving to Sha Tin Racecourse. This access route will be much more direct with an anticipated time saving of 5 – 15 minutes during the peak arrival period.
