Enhanced New Features on Members’ Mobile App (issued Friday, 26 January)

We are pleased to inform Members new functions will be available in the Members’ Mobile App starting from Thursday, 1 February 2024 as follows:

Dine-in ordering

Members can now place their orders by simply scanning the QR code on the table. This eco-friendly and seamless food ordering experience will be available initially at the Snack Bar and Stables Café at the Happy Valley Clubhouse.

Table availability

The waitlist function will be extended to cover non-raceday restaurants in the Members’ Mobile App. Members will be able to join the waitlist and increase their chances of securing a table on their chosen date through the Members' Mobile App.

Forms submission

Members can now submit selected online forms directly through the Members' Mobile App. Tasks such as updating personal particulars, enrolling in the Concession scheme, applying for a children's supplementary card, or requesting a car park label have never been easier or more convenient.
