Enhancement of EV Charging Billing Process (Issued Thursday, 20 June)

We are pleased to let Members know that an enhancement of EV Charging Billing Process will be effective from Thursday, 27 June, 2024. Members will receive an electronic receipt upon completing and stopping an EV charging session, rather than receiving the receipt within 24 hours after usage currently. The enhancement will provide Members with more immediate access to the receipt information to track their charging usage.

We will continue to enhance Members' facilities, and we are committed to providing best-in-class experiences for our Members.
