Enhancing Raceday Table Booking Experience

Starting from Sunday, 19 November 2023, the following improvement measures will be effective:

On-course Table Booking

The first booking date for on-course table booking services will be resumed at the racecourses. Owners can make advanced bookings for future race meetings (excluding major race days here) when attending the races. For instance, when attending the race meeting on Sunday, 19 November, Owners may make a table reservation for the race meeting on Sunday, 3 December.

Extended Operating Hours for 1815

The new operating hours for 1815 will be changed from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm to 9:00 am – 8:00 pm, 7 days a week.

Maximum of 2 Waitlist Request

Each Owner can make a maximum of 2 waitlist requests in order to improve the efficiency of the new table allocation policy.

New Cancellation Cut-off Time

To allow Owners on the waitlist to have more time to make arrangements, the new cancellation cut-off time for table bookings will be changed from 2 days to 4 days prior to the race meeting (except for 5 major race days1). For instance, if a table is booked for the race meeting on 19 November, the new cancellation cut-off time would be 3:00 pm on 15 November.

Note 1: 5 Major Race Meetings include: LONGINES Hong Kong International Races, Chinese New Year Meeting, BMW Hong Kong Derby, FWD Champions Day, and Final Sha Tin Race Meeting of the Season.

Please refer to the table booking schedule here to check the earliest booking dates and their respective cancellation cut-off time for each race meeting.
