Enhancement of Monthly Statement for Horse Owners

As a continuous improvement to enhance your ownership experience, the format of your monthly statement for horse charges will be simplified to make it more user-friendly, easier to read, and equally important, more environmental-friendly.

When you receive your May statement by the end of this month, all horse charges and related expenses will be consolidated into 34 sub-categories only, instead of full details of every single transaction. The consolidation applies specifically to horse-related charges, streamlining the statement and reducing the number of pages. The format of non-horse related charges will remain unchanged.

As usual, Owners can have access to the monthly statement through Hang Seng Personal e-Banking. The first simplified monthly statement will be issued to Owners on Monday, 27 May 2024. We hope this simplified version can offer a clearer overview of your horse charges.
