- Room 1 and 2 - Owners may reserve 4 weeks prior to the race meeting on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Room 3 - Owners may reserve 8 weeks prior to the race meeting on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Cancellation can be made in writing or calling in.
- Cancellations will incur a fee, which will be debited to your membership account.
- You must accompany your guests throughout a race meeting in the boxes / Owners Pavilion.
- You are required to sign for box / Owners Pavilion stickers for your guests at the reception counter. Your guests must wear the stickers prominently at all times during the race meeting. If you arrive before your guests, please leave the box stickers at the reception counter for your guests. Your guests will be asked to wait outside the box if you have not taken up your table.
- The Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (cap.371) was introduced from 1 January 2007. All indoor areas within the Sha Tin and Happy Valley Racecourses are designated no smoking areas (including electronic cigarette). These areas include boxes, restaurants, betting lounges and halls, toilets, lift lobbies, staircases and escalators.
- Smoking (including electronic cigarette) is permitted in the open areas such as forecourts, Racecourse MTR concourse, balconies/terraces. However, the following areas are exceptions:
- Balcony near the entrance of MB7 Members Box 7/F (Winning Post), Members Stand II, Happy Valley Racecourse
- Designated balcony at Loges, Members Stand II, Happy Valley Racecourse
- Designated balcony at 6/F and 7/F, Members Stand I, Happy Valley Racecourse
- Designated balcony at Loges, Grandstand I, Sha Tin Racecourse

- Room 1 to 3 - Owners may reserve on the first booking date on a first-come, first-served basis. Owners with starters on the waiting list have priority for room arrangement. Owners with starters for the specific races (Group One, Group Two and Four-Year-Old Classic Series) have priority for room reservation on Date of Entries.
- Room 1 - Owners may reserve eight weeks prior to the night races at Sha Tin on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Room 4 and 5 - Owners may reserve eight weeks prior to the race meeting on a first-come, first-served basis (Except Group One, Group Two and Four-Year-Old Classic Series).

- Mainland Owners have priority to reserve the Private Rooms five weeks prior to the race meeting on a first-come, first served basis. If there is no reservation from Mainland Owners, the rooms will be released to other Owners four weeks prior to the race meeting.
- For OB3 Owners Box 3/F: Minimum catering charge applies to private boxes. For reservations and enquiries, please dial: 1815. For Owners with starters: please dial 1833328.
- For OB6 Owners Box 6/F (Section 1) and OB6 Owners Box 6/F (Section 3): Minimum catering charge applies to private boxes. For reservations and enquiries, please dial: 2966 8568 / 2966 5895. 2966 8568 / 2966 5895.
- For OB3 Owners Box 3/F:
- A charge equivalent to the minimum catering charge will be debited to your membership account if you cancel your reservation after booking confirmation.
