From opening time of racecourse to the start of the 5th race
Night Meetings:
From opening time of racecourse to the start of the 4th race
(Priority will be given to Members and their spouses to register indoor seats in the first 45 minutes by presenting the Membership Card.)
Number of Tables Each Member can Reserve
Members Box (M2 7/F - Winning Post) and Box E711
- Each Member may reserve one table.
- Subject to availability of tables, additional tables may be arranged after the first telephone booking day.
- Minimum catering charge per table:
- A table for 4 HK$300
- A table for 6 HK$500
- A table for 8 HK$700
- A table for 10 HK$800
- The minimum catering charges are subject to changes.
Members Box (M2 3/F - Home Straight)
- Each Member may reserve one table.
- Subject to availability of tables, additional tables may be arranged after the first telephone booking day.
- Minimum catering charge per table:
- A table for 2 HK$200
- A table for 4 HK$400
- A table for 6 HK$600
- A table for 8 HK$800
- The minimum catering charges are subject to changes.
Loges
- Each membership account may reserve a maximum of two seats.
Sharing of Table at the Boxes
- In the share case, the minimum charge will be split, 50/50. If a Member wishes to take up more than half of the seats of the table, the Member needs to pay the full price of the table.
Cross-Betting Parking
- During cross-betting at Happy Valley, Members may access the car park area by displaying their Member's car park labels on a first come, first served basis and subject to space availability.
