Meet our Ambassadors on the 2/F footbridge of the Multi-level Car Park or at the Sha Tin Clubhouse reception, they will escort you and your children to the Fun Day venue

Remarks
- *The remaining major races for 2022/2023 Season are Lucky Start January 1 Race Meeting, Chinese New Year Race Meeting, BMW Hong Kong Derby, FWD Champions Day and Season Finale Race Meeting.
- Seats are limited. Our Hotline Service Assistant will call the owners with successful booking to confirm the table arrangement.
- Cancellation deadline is at 3:00pm, 2 days before the Sha Tin day race meeting. Late cancellation or no show fee will be applied.
- All Owners and guests (including kids) must comply with all health and safety directions of the Government and The Hong Kong Jockey Club and instructions of the Club staff.
- Activities for kids may vary from time to time without further notice.
- Entry to Club Premises at the event is subject to the Vaccine Pass requirement and other precautionary measures (i.e. undergo a rapid antigen test (RAT), limitation on group gathering and use LeaveHomeSafe QR code).
- All participants (including kids) are required to undergo a RAT within 24 hours prior of visit and present a photo showing the RAT kit with negative result. Please follow the RAT test requirement for entering Owners Box, 1/F.
- Participants with a Red Vaccine Pass QR code will not be allowed to enter the Owners Box, 1/F.
- All kids have to be accompanied by the Club’s Ambassador.
- No person under 18 is allowed to bet or enter premises where bets are accepted.
