2022/2023 Happy Valley Barrier Trials and Breakfast

You are cordially invited to join the Barrier Trials and Breakfast at Happy Valley Racecourse on Friday, 21 April 2023. A scrumptious complimentary breakfast will be served in the Owners Box. Tables will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Points to note

1) Registration is by invitation only. This invitation is non-transferable.

2) Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis but limited seats would be reserved for Owners with runners in the Barrier Trials with priority to book.

3) Confirmation SMS will be sent on or before Friday, 14 April 2023.

4) Cancellation cut-off date/time is 3:00pm on Wednesday, 19 April 2023.

5) A late cancellation or no-show charge of HK$300 per adult and HK$150 per child (aged under 18) will be applied if you:

  • cancel your reservation after the cancellation cut-off time (3:00pm on Wednesday, 19 April 2023)
  • actual attendance is less than seats reserved
  • fail to take up your booked table

6) Please present Voting Members’/Owners’ Badge or Membership card upon check in.

7) For parking, please refer to the parking privileges of your Membership. Only Hong Kong Jockey Club Headquarters Basement or Infield Car Parks will be available.

8) The Club may take disciplinary actions or such other actions as the Club considers necessary against those who fail to comply with these Conditions of Entry to Club Premises.

9) In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English, the English shall prevail.
