Minimum Dress Code
- For Happy Valley race meeting, each Membership account may reserve a maximum of 4 individual Loge seats or one Private Booth.
- Subject to availability of Loge seats, additional Loge seats may be arranged after the first telephone booking day.
- Rental fee: Loges - HK$20 per seat; Private Booths - HK$188 per Private Booth for 3 & HK$260 per Private Booth for 4.
- Rental fee is subject to change.
- If reservations are made by telephone, you or your representatives (on production of a letter of authorisation) may collect the Loges badges from the Loges reception counter. The letter should include:
- the race meeting date
- reserved Loges seat or Private Booth number
- the full name of the representative
- membership number, Member's name and signature
- Cancellations can be made by calling 1814 during office hours. A no-show / cancellation charge equivalent to the rental fee will be debited to your membership account should you:
- cancel your reservation after the cancellation cut-off date and time
- fail to take up the reserved Loge seat or Private Booth by the start of the third race, the Loge seat will be released to other Members.
- subsequent to the cancellation of your reservation, fail to return the Loges or Private Booth badges to the Club on or before the cancellation cut-off date and time
- Badges for Loges / Private Booth may be collected at the reception counter. The badges must be worn prominently at all times during a race meeting. Members or guests without valid Loges badges will not be allowed in the Loges area. Members with metal badges do not have automatic access. A replacement charge equivalent to the rental fee of a Loge seat or Private Booth will be levied on each replacement of the Loges badge.
- Self-service counters with refreshments are available in the Loges and Private Booth area.
- The Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (cap.371) was introduced from 1 January 2007. All indoor areas within the Sha Tin and Happy Valley Racecourses are designated no smoking areas (including electronic cigarette). These areas include boxes, restaurants, betting lounges and halls, toilets, lift lobbies, staircases and escalators.
- Smoking (including electronic cigarette) is permitted in the open areas such as forecourts, Racecourse MTR concourse, balconies/terraces. However, the following areas are exceptions:
- Balcony near the entrance of MB7 Members Box 7/F (Winning Post), Members Stand II, Happy Valley Racecourse
- Designated area at Loges, Members Stand II, Happy Valley Racecourse
- Designated balcony at 6/F and 7/F, Members Stand I, Happy Valley Racecourse
- Designated area at Loges, Grandstand I, Sha Tin Racecourse

- For Sha Tin race meeting, each Membership account may reserve two seats in Cabin (Parade Ring side) and a maximum of 4 individual seats in Loges.
- Subject to availability of seats/ Loge seats, additional tables/Loges may be arranged after the first telephone booking day.
- Rental fee: Cabin (Parade Ring side) - Normal Races: HK$30 per seat; Hong Kong International Races: HK$60 per seat
- Rental fee: Loges - HK$20 per seat
- Food and Beverage consumption not included
